At this time exchanges and returns are not accepted, however if there is anything wrong with your order please contact me so we can work together to get it resolved.
Luvli Sol is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages, if this happened please submit a claim through USPS.

What room should I put my candle in?
You can place your candle in any space you'd like. Candles are great when added as part of your decor, to show off to your girlfriends, or to set the mood a candle fits in anywhere.
Will my candle expire?
Luvli Sol Luxury Candles are sol'fuli made with a CoCo/Para Blended wax, therefore the candle ages like fine wine, it gets better with time. Store your candles in a cool, dry area and use them within 12 months of purchase.
Are the jars reusable?
YES. Your Luvli Sol luxury candle comes in a re-usable, multipurpose jar that once your candle is finished you can place it in your kitchen to keep tea bags, in your bathroom to store cotton balls or q-tips, or in your office space for paper clips and the list goes on .
Custom Orders?
Someone having a birthday, or its that special day for the bride and groom? Or maybe a small dinner party, better yet you and your boo having a date night? Then allow Luvli Sol to add that special touch with custom candles. Fill out the contact us form and we can go from there.
